MessagePublic officials are not allowed to wear religious symbols at present... that isn't promoting it. Also by allowing this bill we allow brainwashing of people into believing a story book known as the 'bible'. We are against.

MessageSo the DSP obviously doesnt believe in freedom, you favor religious suppresion over freedom, we dont seek to codify religion into law nor favor one religon or the bible over another, we simply want to allow freedom but I suppose that seems to dangerous to the DSP, its to risky to let the people think for themselves

MessageThe same could be said for religion. Religion doesn't allow people to think for themselves.

Also, public officials should be religion-neutral while at least observing their duties, for the minorities' rights have to be upheld.

MessageWe believe that the people elect us to do what we see best, that is why some people are elected over others, my party elects many religious canidates because our constiuents want religious values to be respected, religion does allow people to think for themselves no one is forced into religon in this nation. Even religons like christianity tell you to read the bible and learn for yourself dont become a sheep to some preacher. The left traditionally doesnt allow people to think for themselves when it comes to spirutuality because they favor religious suppression.

Though it is true religon in the past has been guilty of suppression and not allowing people to think for themselves but this was done through government enforcement so governement remains the true culprit.

MessageThe government was under religious leaders. And the point of religious minority and neutrality is still untouched. Also, we don't believe in religious suppression, but an absolute dogmatic belief system shouldn't be the face of the nation or intimidate minorities.
