Bill: Changing of the National Capitol

Details

Submitted by[?]: Nouveau Parti Libéral (ZR)

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 3425

Description[?]:

Zard city is in the center of the political spectrum and the nation itself and is a better place for the capital. Portsmouth is too Far the east for adequate rule for the west coastal people. So the NLP proposes a change.

MessageNot for any political reason per say we just think the Capitol should be as close to everyone as possible unless the Capitol has some historical/cultural significance but Portsmouth didn't ( you don't need to go too far back in zardic history to see that the Capitol was Belgae)

MessageI would be happy to support a bill that changes the capital to Belgae however.
