This Bill shall remove the monarchy, and replace it with an elected Presidency. We the people, are the sovereigns of Hutori. Every man, woman, and child is born equal in status, and thus we declare the right of the people of Hutori to the ownership of Hutori, and to the unfettered control of Hutori destinies, to be both sovereign and indefeasible. No man or woman shall claim ownership of Hutori on the basis of birth, nor shall they declare themselves superior. We bestow our power upon the President, and his Government, through our consent as people alone. We are no longer subjects to a crown, but citizens of a free and independent Republic.
