MessageWe call for a new NBC Ban treaty, which permits research and development, but outlaws possession of these weapons of Mass Destruction. The bill also has provisions for Civil Defense, and allows the sales of conventional weapons only, but outlaws the trade in weapons of mass destruction.

This Treaty is endorsed by the Head of Government, the Foreign Minister and the Defense Minister.
