Bill: Civil Liberties Reform
Details
Submitted by[?]: Indigoblå Liga
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 3438
Description[?]:
Some laws do not reflect the modern culture of Kazulia or unduly restrict the rights of citizens. National laws standardizing policies across Kazulia should be implemented. Children must be protected from mature subjects such as public nudity or sexual intercourse. (both removed) Bestiality is immoral since animal rights are infringed as conscious consent cannot be given considering that animals are nonsentient and unable to speak. Polygamy is unacceptable as it invariably leads to one spouse relegated to an inferior role. Citizens have the right to bear arms as long as they meet strict requirements (removed) and should be able to prosecute others who willfully and knowingly disseminate malicious falsehoods about said citizen. |
