| Dear Members of the National Congress, Due to the recent events that have took hold of our beloved Nation I must not hesitate to stall any further delay of insuring the safety and trust of our people. I have decided along with many members of the Cabinet and including the talks with Chairman Mounston of the INP that I will instate a National Emergency. We are in a grave time that calls for appropriate actions against terror and violence that is eating away our Nation. Which is why we must have our Military take further steps; in certain areas to insure the continuity and survival of this Nation People and their Government. Listed below will be the following commands and articles of this Declaration. I hope you all can understand why I must do this for the time being. Thank you all. Signed, Leo Van Javelston Supreme President Supreme Imperial Republics of Keymon --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MARITAL LAW: Article One: National Curfew In Effect/ Actions ETC. 1)A National Curfew shall be in effect from the hours of 6:00PM-7:50AM 2)No one authorized shall be allowed out during the hours of the curfew 3)People needed out during the Curfew or have vital Jobs to the Nation shall be issued an ID with the appropriate information. 4)Military Forces Foreign and Domestic shall have no restriction during the Curfew. 5)Military Forces Foreign and Domestic have been authorized to use deadly force to looters and rioters. 6)Military Forces Foreign and Domestic have been authorized to arrest anyone for whatever reasonable cause during the Curfew for indefinite detention. 7)Military Forces Foreign and Domestic are allowed to execute those detained that have certain amount of belief of plotting or attempting Terrorist attacks. 8)The Supreme President has the right to remove the Curfew; However the National Congress does have a right to repeal the Curfew at any time that it is in effect. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Article Two: Military Duties throughout the Curfew 1)The Military directly responds to the Minister of Defense during times of Emergency. 2)The Minister of Defense shall then forward important decisions that require Presidential support to the Supreme President for immediate approval or disapproval. 3)The Military’s main priority is for the safety of the people and dissolution of Terrorism. 4)The Military has been instructed to use all means against Terrorists with keeping the safety of the people at its priority as well NOTICE: The Supreme President has issued this for an indefinite period, and will remain in effect until the Supreme President issues an Executive Order declaring the State secure.
