An Act to safeguard the health and safety of the public food supply PURPOSE OF ACT WHEREAS food items are the most essential commodity for human continuity and must therefore be regulated adequately in order to ensure the healthy and safe nutrition of the population; WHEREAS the importance of the population to make free and informed decisions regarding their choice of food items is paramount to any state or corporate interest; BE IT FOUND that, with the advice and consent of the People's Assembly of the Free and United Country of Kalistan, the following provisions be adopted within one (1) year following the passage of this Act. |
