Article 1: It is unjust for a reasonable malpractice suit to never make it to court simply because a medical regulatory body chose not to pursue it. Any person who feels that they have been wronged by the negligence or incompetence of a doctor should be able to sue for compensation. Article 2: A patient should receive whatever compensation they deserve; the courts will ensure that this amount will remain reasonable and fair to both parties involved. |
