All workers should be obliged to be members of a trade union. This would prevent employers persuading their employees not to join (under the current, voluntary, system) and would ensure that all of Davostan's working population are fairly and equally represented in employment matters. |

Message | Yes, but if unions don't represent the entire workforce then they can't express the views of the entire workforce, and I know from personal experience that union fees are very low. If people don't like the established unions, they can form a new one! |
