MessageMadam Speaker, This Treaty has free trade provisions and open border provisions which are a no-no to us in it and thus we will vote to reject it.

MessageMadame Speaker,

Apart from violating our national sovereignty by free trade provisions, we are otherwise against signing any treaty of friendship with Cildania. Cildania is a rouge state, shown by their allegiance to Luthori and their actions against the heroic crusaders of Selucian Pontesium. We who wish Dranland to stand for democracy and human rights strongly condemn this treaty.

MessageOOC: Cildania, or at least the CNC, is strongly royalist (IML) and has sent it's paramillitaries to support the Belknap Dynasty of Pontesi during every single conflict with Selucia (even when the Belknaps were inactive). Luthori are the unofficial masters of the IML (although both alliances are more or less dead now).

MessageOOC: How recently did Cildania last militarily intervene in Pontesi? And how provoked or justified was it?

MessageOOC: The days of Luthori being masters of the IML are long since past. I am one of the five leaders of the IML. The Government of Cildania has never deployed the military to intervene in a conflict between Pontesi and Selucia. Even during my single party state, I did not deploy the military. Cildania is currently and for the foreseeable future neither a member of the IML nor the ATR. My paramilitary has only ever been deployed to Pontesi to defend it's sovereignty; I have never taken offensive action against Selucia.
