Message1) Why shouldn't we use a database that would allow the police force to track down repeat criminals faster and thus make the deparment more efficient?

2) I can see why people might be opposed to Article 2 on extradition.

3) Why shouldn't members of government be beholden to the same laws of every other citizen? Justice is about treating every citizen fairly and equally.

4) How is the police force ever able to apprehend criminals w/out at least a standard handgun? How are they able to protect themselves? How are they able to enforce laws they were meant to uphold? If the police force has virtually no power, what is its purpose? One might as well suggest abolishing the police force and expecting citizens to protect themselves from vandals, threats, abuse, etc.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".

Random quote: "Non-violence is not a garment to be put on and off at will. Its seat is in the heart, and it must be an inseparable part of our very being." - Mahatma Gandhi
