Message | Madam Speaker, we favour keeping these laws as they currently are. Liberalising our waste disposal regulations would risk waste not being collected properly and our environment being harmed. We also opposing weakening our pollution controls. We want high-tech industries coming to Dranland - not heavy polluting ones. Haneul Han MP General Secretary of the Gukmindang |

Message | Madam Speaker We utterly condemn this bill which will eventually bring extinction of humankind. This bill will be a litmus test for our future coalitions. We are disgusted by LoL who falsely claims that protects the low income families, a decade or two when our resources are finished people will starve, or only super rich can only afford food that is not even decent. This is not reasonable this is fatal and poisonous. Yvette Rochelle MP Leader-Elect of GP |

Message | Madam Speaker The Greens can litmus us until Dranland freezes over, we just don't care. Slander the LOL as much as you like, your argument has no facts in it just emotional blubber. The LOL will defend industrial jobs from a fanatic and not full proven ideology. We urge all parties to vote for this moderate environmentalist bill and reject extremism and blackmail wherever it may rise. Ban dae Jung LOL Industry Spokesman |

Message | Madam Speaker That is why LoL supports %50 corporation tax and %98 income tax, those punitive taxes will destroy much more jobs and do less than our regulations. Nikki Zasz Dong MP Co-Leader of ''Sanity and Honour in the Parliament'' |

Message | Madam Speaker, When did high taxes ever destroy jobs or economic growth, this is lazy thinking on the part of Nikki Z. Dong. Some economists actually believe that high taxes are good for the economy. Besides this has nothing to do with this biil, taxes do not feature here. And to correct Mrs Dong, we support 75% corporation tax not 50%. Ban dae Jung LOL Industry Spokesman. OOC: China has high taxes but no noteworthy economic trouble. High taxes do not necessarily harm the economy. Certain Western European countries had their highest economic growth and full employment before the 1970's and had income top rates of over 90%. |

Message | OOC: Well, most of that growth was based on deficit spending which is now backfiring... |
Date | 21:42:54, March 07, 2013 CET | From | Radical Liberal Party of Dranland | To | Debating the Reasonable Environmental Protection Mechanism |
Message | OOC: Fiscal policy is my weakest point but I can say that if those countries lowered their taxes than their growth would be more. And not including US help and involvement in that growth will be wrong. Eenie Meenie Tiny deficits should be acceptable like (This is for the USA budget up to 70 Billions ) but A Trillion Dollars deficit is high and you cannot handle a trillion deficit with only spending cuts. BTW I will lower the tensions with you LoL |

Message | OOC: That is actually not so true. The growth was not based on deficit spending instead very high public investment. Britain for example had its total debt fall from 215% of GDP to about 43% in 1975. I also know West Germany had very low debt as well. China has very low debt and lends to countries like the US while donating to lots of poor countries. |

Message | OOC: Isn't anyone going to start a "Save the whale" campaign? :) The DSP would have done, but I don't think Gukmindang is very sentimental about animals... |

Message | Madame Speaker, Our honourable Draddwyr siblings in the GP can sleep well assured that the largest party on Dranish soil, the Werin Da, will never vote in favour of such a bill. Tristan Lochlannaigh, MP Tanist of the Werin Da |

Message | Madam Speaker LoL disgusts me how can they call themselves as environmentalist, while supporting whale genocide and starvation of poor and middle class of the future. If they are environmentalist, then I am not because my view or my party's view is not falls within theirs. Eira Dalgaard MP Radical Environmentalist |

Random fact: It is the collective responsibility of the players in a nation to ensure all currently binding RP laws are clearly outlined in an OOC reference bill in the "Bills under debate" section of the nation page. Confusion should not be created by displaying only some of the current RP laws or displaying RP laws which are no longer current. |
