This reform bill is meant to eliminate certain legislative restrictions, which i) hinder the war effort of our military and ii) increase the volatility of both the safety and stability of the United States of Lourenne. Keeping these points in mind, we seek to eradicate the current unpragmatic policy through the proposals appended below.
