Message | The Torah is an important record of the history of our people and parts of it provide the moral basis of Yeudish teachings. However, this is a secular state, and that will not change. The Torah is not a basis for laws, and in fact it does not provide for many of them. The Talmud does prescribe laws of personal and social conduct, but they are so extensive that even the most devout Jew could never hope to follow them all. Many of us (probably a majority) are secular-minded Jews, not Orthodox or ultra-Orthodox. We want to maintain our traditions, but to do so in our homes and synagogues, not in our government, which is for everyone of any religion or no religion. Religion and the State have to remain separate, like oil and water. |

Message | If the people want change then they're will be change. The people are looking for a return to more traditional government. The people wish to live in a nation that reflects the values taught at home. We look to give the people what they want. To take away religion from a nation that identifies with a religion is not good government. |

Random fact: The majority of nations in Particracy are "Culturally Protected" with an established cultural background. Only the "Culturally Open" nations are not bound by the rules surrounding culture. The Cultural Protocols Index should be consulted for more information about the cultural situation of each nation. |
