| We cherish the freedom to dress and act as we please in Indrala's streets. However, there have been several occasions in which known pedophiles have performed lewd acts in front of children. This has also brought a seedy reputation to Indrala's tourist destinations. We propose to prevent this in future by not allowing sexual intercourse in public. This provision will not be enforced in Indrala's national forests, or when the couple (or groups) involved are taking reasonable precautions to insure their privacy. Of course, public sexual intercourse will be fully legal in all private land, at the discretion of the inhabitant or owner. |
