MessageWe would rather have a dialog with the countries that imposes tariffs on our exports, it would be devastating for the other country's population if we chose impose tariffs on imports coming from very poor countries and we will therefor not support this bill.

MessageIf the poor countries don't tax our goods, then we won't tax their goods - they'll have no problem then...

MessageYes but the problem is that the poor countries often have corrupt and overall bad governments, that will not listen to the people.

MessageIrrespective.. It's in their interests to get Kazulian goods cheaper, whilst encouraging their own export market. It's up to them what they do, as with developed nations.
