It is essential for all students to have mastered basic standards before graduating and entering the workface. The current system of testing is too weak. Message | The Retsforbundet is right. We can not compare all students to one standard in one way. We should have students reflect what they learn in the classroom the way that they find best reflects their abilities. Students are not all the same. We must capitalize on the unique way each student learns and demonstrates their knowledge. |

Message | Under this bill we will continue to support innovation, creativity, and imagination in the classroom, but also introduce clear new national standards and more comprehensive standardized testing so the diligent work and effort of successful students can be recognized and rewarded. It is true that each student is unique. And their unique ability shall be reflected in the scores they earn. This bill standardizes the testing of skills and knowledge of students done by the government for planning and statistical purposes only. The purpose of the tests are for students to use when they apply to colleges or employers so they can showcase their academic knowledge compared to others alongside whatever personal interests and experiences they have done on their own. |
Date | 02:05:39, March 30, 2013 CET | From | League of Justice | To | Debating the National Standard for Education |
Message | Standardized testing should be abolished since it only is time consuming and degrading to the weak students, the teachers should use more time on taking care of the students, not degrading them. |
Date | 02:43:58, March 30, 2013 CET | From | Indigoblå Liga | To | Debating the National Standard for Education |
Message | We believe that standardized testing allows schools to see the areas they need to improve on and develop new strategies to more effectively teach students. |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
