| Message | Contrari al terzo articolo, completamente fuorviante il titolo della legge al riguardo: esportare liberamente significa incrementare gli eserciti altrui, persino dei nemici. Tuttavia siamo contrari anche all'impostazione attuale. Dubbiosi sul secondo articolo: è giusto lasciare la scelta ai giovani tra due servizi entrambi degni di rispetto e strumenti di maturazione.
