This law will establish the regulation over abortion. It will make the abortion legal for the first trimester. Amendment of Article 1: This amendment is motivated by the desire to protect mother's health in case of medical emergency (otherwise, an abortion could not be performed in such case, even if the baby is not sure to survive the mother's death). 1)Second and Third term abortion should be legal in medical emergency. |
