This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 3473

Description[?]:

Mr. Speaker, I propose a minority conservative government comprising the DHD, the SSM and the DCP. This is a politically cohesive team which could lead Dranland for the next 4 years.

MessageMr Speaker,

this proposal's big-government-streak is all too strong - we cannot support it unless we are given strict assurances on fiscal issues by all three parties involved - no more taxes, no more spending.

MessageMr. Speaker, the DCP is opposed to any substantial increase in public expenditure and taxation - and I am happy to repeat our position on that to Sarah Davenport. I urge her to consider that what she is being asked to vote on here is a Cabinet to administer the government of Dranland. Her party - just like other parties - will be free to vote on each fiscal and legislative Bill as it is presented to Parliament. A DCP-DHD-SSM coalition would not command a majority in Parliament, and would rely on the support of other parties in order to get any legislation passed.

Let me add, by the way, that Dranland currently has smaller government spending and smaller taxes than it has had in a very, very long time. The DCP has played a crucial role in accomplishing this, and in the future we will work to maintain the gains we have made.

MessageMr Speaker,

The proposal looks good to us but we would ask that this government rely on its majority from other less neoliberal parties, you know one which actually care about Dranish people. We ask the SMD and other centrist parties to support us as the SSM will never allow itself to be in neoliberal captivity.

MessageWe support this government. I can personally assure the honourable member from the RFP, that there are no big government socialists in this cabinet - only healthy conservative fiscal policy will do. And if that calls for increased funding to maintain a proper welfare state, then so be it. I promise to the parliament and to the public, that the taxes will never climb higher than to provide 500.000.000.000 DRA for any government that I am to be the prime minister of!

MessageMr. Speaker, I appeal to all parties of goodwill to support this new government in the national interest. Dranland needs some political leadership and stability.

MessageMr Speaker

We heard Ex-President Duvalle's plea but we refuse to support a government that already slept with Werin Da. We will not make that mistake again.
