| The government of the Great Empire of Indrala agreed to transfer control over the Kingdom of Utembo (http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Utembo) to the Deltarian Czardom, in exchange for the sum of 5,000,000,000 LOD. Apart from greatly improving relations between the three nations involved in the transfer, Deltarian control over Utembo and Statrica would reunite the Imperial Domains of Orléans and Vasser, the former colonies of Lourenne. This requires 2/3 of seats in favour in order to be valid. OOC: The previous one had a mistake. This is the correct one. |
