MessageMr. Speaker,

We see no reason why the Ministry of Foreign Affairs needs to be cut. As the main link between us and the colonies, not to mention the international community at large. A cut of two billion is just too much for us to take in right now.

Thank being said, the next stage of spending increase in Healthcare due to the National Healthcare Service, will not be required for another year or so. In addition it will need to be at least another four billion if not closer to eight billion.

I yield.

Random fact: "Game mechanics comes first." For example, if a currently-enforced bill sets out one law, then a player cannot claim the government has set out a contradictory law.

Random quote: "If you have an apple, and I have an apple, and we exchange the apples, then you and I will still each have one apple. But if you have an idea, and I have an idea, and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas." - George Bernard Shaw
