| We are going to need to reset the name of the monarch so that when we get a new monarch we don't have the old one's name still pointlessly appearing. This will happen in 5 stages over the course of a rather long period of time. (I wish had though of it earlier but that's my mistake) First, we have to repeal the constitution treaty to enable us to have an elected HoS. Second, we need to have the HoS temporarily made an elected position (there will be no title change for the HoS). Third, we need to have a snap election where everyone supports my party's candidate, I will use a period as my candidate's name (or optionally each party can simply put a period as their party's HoS candidate if they don't feel like supporting my candidate for whatever reason). This will serve to remove Wilhem's name as the HoS (it will be retained in the HoS title which is the only place we want his name anyways). Fourth, we will pass a bill returning the HoS to a hereditary position but this time with a period as the actual name of the HoS. Fifth, and finally, we will re-ratify the constitution treaty to protect the nature of the monarchy and the other constitutionally important aspects of Dorvik. This is a very annoying process and I wish we didn't have to do it. I have asked moderation if they can help but I'd rather get this started sooner than later just to get it out of the way. If they end up being able to help then this won't take near as long but we need to initiate the process just in case they can't do anything. We must do this so when the time comes to RP the death of the monarch we don't have to jump through a million hoops to make the succession look realistic (the last thing anyone would want is to see Wilhelm as the name of the monarch when we actually have his heir's name in the HoS title, we would look like a joke to the rest of the world).
