Description[?]:
Current Aldegarian law gives the government the power of Habeas Data, in complete contradiction of the right to privacy that this treaty espouses and violating the security every Aldegarian should feel from an oppressive government. Message | His Grace sympathises with the sentiment behind this Act because he is personally aware of how intrusive and incompetent and corrupt the police sometimes are, but he believes there will always be times when the police need to search people's personal records and property - otherwise they won't catch some of our worst criminals.
