MessageThe inability of legislative council to form a new cabinet this term is embarrassing. With elections only 11 months away, we deem it more prudent to wait until after the elections for the formation of a new cabinet. While the FP continues to look forward to working with our coalition partners, we do not want to form a cabinet just before an election.

Therefore, we will be abstaining
