| Message | OOC: Perhaps, but it would also be seen as a native Trigunian title (as opposed to Chairman of the Government), and Kozaris are officially considered to be ethnic Trigunians. Besides, the term seems to derive from German, so it would be in line with the historical Hulstrian influence in Trigunia. |
