Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| The Unabhängige Sozialkonservative Partei believes it sets a dangerous precedent to have an election and not form a government. As a result, we have created a base plan upon which intense discussion may take place. As the Nationale Jugendbewegung garnered the greatest number of votes in the parliamentary elections, they have control of the most number of cabinet positions (6). (Indeed, it is possible that they will wish to form a single-party government - that is their perogative). The Unabhängige Sozialkonservative Partei and Hosianisch-Demokratisches Verbund have also split cabinet positions accordingly (with the USP with 4 and the HDV with 3). The Anarchists will not be included in this government. |
