Message | Mr. Speaker, Standardized testing is the best means in which we can assess a student's true ability. The current system allows a degree of flexibility in regards to how a province will administer their testing policies, while still requiring them to meet national requirements. What is so bad about this? Yes our education system could be better and has long been deemed "middle of the road", but it's hardly inadequate. Our students are still able to compete with Alorians, Dorvikians, Ikradonians, etc. for jobs in Northern Artania. Ryan Bachmeier UPR Congressional Leader |

Message | Mr Speaker, The Alliance is not saying that the current education system is bad, however we're saying that - as you say yourself - it is not so good that it can't be improved either. And when there is something we can improve on, why not improve it? John Higgins, Member of Parliament |
