Bill: Military sector reform

Voting deadline: March 3486
Description[?]:
One more time, we'll insist on a reformed military sector, a privatized military were paramilitaries are legal and are weapon exports, but were everyone still has the duty do serve his country. This is the only logical way to go in a free society, were people are allowed to own guns and use them for the good of their country. |

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election. |
