We are aware of our very different views on this issues and are keen to see a compromise which is acceptable to all. We propose to lower the limit to 12 weeks and restrict funding a bit more.

We oppose this restrictive proposal. This is not a compromise and we won't compromise in our values, it is on our definition. Article 2 is more acceptable than Article 1 and as a gratitude to our partners, if they put a vote on Article 2, we will abstain.
