Voting deadline: September 3490

Description[?]:

Mr. Speaker,

To ecourage more investing and more spending we hope to stimulate the people of Kizenia with the following bill. This will stimulate the buying of neccesaties such as medication and food. Whilest we ask a mere higher VAT on the sales of other goods besides food and medication.

Seeing that we do not have a income tax this will only benefit the country.
