| Message | Madam Chairman, To put this simply, this is not a budget but a declaration of war on industry, education and infrastructure that Ms.Frisk had decided to carry out. The Government has shamelessly decided to cut back on infrastructure just as the poor people of Valtimo are crying out for aid in rebuilding their homes, Ms Frisk decides it is the right time to slap them in the face. And oh no, not just them but teachers, policemen, scientists and industrial workers. Some of them from Valtimo will find themselves not just out of a home but a job as well.
