| Proposed by Committee of Social Equality (ANP) Under this proposal the use of Euthanasia would be allowed in certified hospitals and clinics with the consent of the Patient and the treating Doctor. Euthanasia would only be allowed in instaces where the patient is in extreme pain or discomfort with a disease that is uncureable, presistant and or cronic pain, and diseases that will lead to death. Further more Euthanasia will be allowed for patients that have genetic and or disabilities that leads to cronic pain, suffering, complications and ultimately will lead to death. Euthanasia will only be able to be preformed by Licensed Doctors who meet certain criteria, as well as establishments (hospitals and clinics) that meet a certain criteria and who upholds a strict regulatory system to ensure that patients are given ALL chances before electing for Euthanasia. Euthanasia will be administered within 30 days of the patient and treating doctor agreeing to the use of the method. The doctor will use a set of medication that will ensure no pain to the patient before or during the treatment.
