Message | Mr. Speaker, We will discuss the policy on DWC:s internally, but we cannot accept article 1 since it makes it easier for unions to go on a strike. Strikes are supposed to be a last resort. Maugrim Kean MP WD Spokesperson for Trade and Industry |
Date | 13:51:19, May 30, 2013 CET | From | Grand National Party | To | Debating the Labour Laws Update |
Message | Mr Speaker, we have no problem with article 1, since the right to strike is rather an individual right should not be subject to an overall majority approval. Article 2, of course, we can support enthusiastically, since it will abolish favoritist treatment of certain forms of business. The market alone should decide which companies shall prevail. Thomas Trelawney MP Member for Loren RFR Trade and Industry Spokesman |
