MessageMr. Speaker,

We cannot support this bill since article 2 is inhumane, we cannot just let people poor, weak and severely damaged people come in to Dranland and not give them any support what so ever. We will therefore abstain.

We are aware of that article 2 is inhumane but so as some Dranish parties and we feeled that we need to compromise.

MessageMr Speaker,

we are not in favor of article 1 and article 2. Foreign aid should not be converted into massive cross-border redistribution, and article 2 is a change for the worse compared to the status quo.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We have discussed the bill once more and have decided to support it, since it after all is better than status quo, we would however still wish to see article two changed.
