This is DUP's HoS-HoG bill without the early elections. I ask all parties to give this a shot, and try it out. I certainly hope that it will pass. |

Current: Only the largest party can propose a cabinet.
Proposed: Only the Head of State can propose a cabinet coalition.

Old value:: The Head of State and Head of Government are two separate officials.
Current: The Head of State is hereditary and symbolic; the Head of Government chairs the cabinet.
Proposed: The Head of State is also Head of Government.
