| Message | Defense industries are still legal in Rutania, but it SAVES the taxpayers and government immense sums of OVERHEAD cost (via excess profits) by just being SELF-sufficient and producing our own defense systems and weapons and planes. Current policy is common-sense NOT socialism. |
