| For a long time, local governments handled the matter of recreational drugs. Drugs, soft or hard, are extremely harmful for each individual and society as a whole. We, Kazulians, are proud to be healthy physically and mentally way. Illusions makes this Terra hard to cooperate. We don't have to mention about the health effects of it. Also drug free citizens are scientifically found more productive and efficent at their jobs. Our economy will drastically improve with this act. Finally recreatinal drugs are keys for mafias' and gangs' existance. By this new legislaton we will cut their payrolls and we can make cut from Internal Affairs budget. | Message | It is not the federal government's job to try to prohibit drugs. It has been given to the local governments so that each area can decide what it believes is the best approach to handling drugs. Having the federal government start banning everything is precisely what causes underground drug trading. |
