MessageLocal governments know their constituents and needs better than those of us in Telamon's capital. We should trust the local elected officials to determine what criteria is needed for any gambling. Some communities may wish to mandate that gambling cannot take place within their limits. We should not supercede that in this case.

Messagedon't you think that local authorities could be corrupted more easily, and that so gambling will be criminal faster? can't i persuade you to change your vote?
