| We ask to abolish the 'environmentally friendly fuel cars' restriction. This hampers the car industry on price competitivity, as the poorest won't be able to afford expensive friendly cars; it will be the market to decide whenever they don't like smelly cars anymore, or whenever they need cheaper anti-polluting systems, and we take no place in it. About environment: the day following the approval of this bill won't make the whole Hobrazian population go buying new polluting cars, but it will just expand their freedom of choice. Let them be responsible of their acts. |

As all car companies have to produce the same environmentally friendly vehicles thusly allowing for the reduction in the price of the engines required to operate said cars as they would be the only types of engines being produced by aforementioned car companies, not to mention the fact that in order to sell cars in this country all companies would have to produce environmentally friendly vehicles. We would also point out that people would invariably move toward the purchase of cheaper vehicles over those vehicles that would otherwise be more in the short term. "About environment: the day following the approval of this bill won't make the whole Hobrazian population go buying new polluting cars, but it will just expand their freedom of choice" - Maybe not the day after, but the month, year, decade after would have lasting effects on the environment. Freedom of choice should not clash with resonsibility to the environment. |
