| This bill asks for the ratification of the <a href="viewtreaty.php?treatyid=2363">Treaty of the Northern Dovani</a>. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. I am not sure why this is not ratified by Dranland, but if it is not ratified, then control of the DAZ technically falls back to Indrala. |
