MessageMr Speaker,

this budget is a mockery - 100 DRA for Foreign Affairs? Does "The Good" have any idea about the benefits resulting from interaction with foreing nations, such as the reciprocal maintenance of free trade?

MessageMr. Speaker,

I do believe that this proposal is a joke and I do not wish that any Member of Parliament brings anything this idiotic up again. It is a waste of mine and everyone else's time.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We wholly understand the need for our foreign ministry bureaucrats to have coffee and biscuits with foreign ministry bureaucrats from other countries on the taxpayer's expense. That's why we propose a foreign ministry budget suitable for the purpose.

If they run out of money for coffee, I am sure that there is a coffee machine at the foreign ministry office.

MessageMr Speaker,

Mrs. Rahbæk is one who really needs to try out the coffee machine, it will probably be the closest she will ever get to ordinary person's daily life ever. Then, hopefully she will understand that one does not need four billion of other people's money for coffee and biscuits.

MessageMr. Speaker,

That is an absurd statement. The Foreign Ministry does not only drink coffee and eat biscuits with foreign bureaucrats, the Foreign MInistry ensures healthy relations with foreign countries, trade agreements, military agreements, peace and aid to countries in need.

MessageMr. Speaker, we are disappointed, although not despised, to see how little value The Good attach to education. Perhaps this is why their policies are so ill-thought out?
