After unfortunate defeat of previous bill, Social Liberal Party is forced to acknowledge that many problems in military still remains to be untouched. However, since last proposals were not agreed upon, this time Social Liberal Party tries to make a little bit more moderate proposals in order to reach consensus. |

Proposed: The state owns national defence industries but these exist alongside privately owned defence industries.

Old value:: Homosexuality is not tolerated in the military. The military actively seeks to remove homosexuals from it.
