| Major change to the defense budget to bring it closer to a more realistic number. As pointed out by Zanz the average is usually 2.5% of GDP so it seemed like 3% of the GDP is more reasonable for the country than the 5+% that was shown earlier. I will also tweak the income tax rates to a more realistic rate now that the budget has been fixed. |
