| Refugees from the Kalopian Regime in Wantuni are welcome to enter the country. Accused war criminals and high-ranking members of the regime will be made guests in the estates of our richest aristocrats. They will be kept in lavish style, with the deepest of our courtesies, and they will be shot dead if they try to leave. |

| Message | The leaders of the former Wantuni Strength regime in Kalopia were not goodly Hosians. They were savage Queranzis who grievously oppressed the Kalopian Hosian majority. We should give refuge to these criminals! I most strongly urge that if any of these people make their way to our shores, we should arrest them and extradite them to Kalopia in order that they might face justice.
