Message | No this bill is prefectly legal, because you bill was from the term before this one, and I had already proposed and pass a cabinent bill that term so your is the one that should have had to have waits, and also this bill is not a copy of yours as the party that hold seats are different. |

Message | IRP is correct in the second point but not in the first. An identical proposal cannot come up for vote twice in the same session of the Assembly. This proposal is not identical to the ML's thus it is allowed even though they both are being voted on in the same session. |
