| The State recognizes and affirms that all human beings are equal, and equal opportunities, rights and benefits must be made available to each individual. A union between individuals of different races shall not be discriminated against, and this union shall be subject to the same regulations imposed upon a marriage of individuals of the same race. The government shall not infringe on the rights of two consenting adults on actions that pose no threat to public welfare. |
