Message"This bill speaks volumes about the authoritarian and centralizing direction our country would take under an SWP government. Banning educational options would do nothing to improve the education of our people. Taking educational matters out of the hands of the institutions with a ground level knowledge of regional and local eductional needs only creates an ineffective, one-size-fits-nobody-at-all eductional system."

Lídia Arrojo, Minister of Education and Culture
