Bill: Military Reform Act, 3513
Details
Submitted by[?]: Draddwyr Cynghrair
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 3514
Description[?]:
Mr. Speaker, I propose this reform to our current military policy in order to uphold humanitarian values in our nation, even in times of war. The tragedy of chemical and biological weapons is that their effects can spread to innocents and can outlast their purpose, poisoning their targets for decades to come. Likewise, land mines are often left hidden and forgotten after a war ends, threatening the lives of civilians unaware of the danger. Gladys Rhys-Evans MP Draddwyr Cynghrair Pennaeth Member for Magadonia |

Message | Mr Speaker, While Ms. Evans' expressed fears are valid, we believe that Dranland should maintain all types of weapons, some if only for deterrent value. Now that the country has declared itself neutral, this will largely limit our ability to form alliance with foreign nations thus exposing to the 'easy target' vultures of the dictatorial warmongering south.
