| Mr. Speaker, We acknowledge a citizen's right to feel protected and own weapons to do so, but under our current laws, those weapons can be anything. Any form of firearm and inhumane device is allowed to be owned, used, and carried at a citizens leisure. We propose limiting civilian access to explosive devises and fully automatic weapons. We also propose that citizens that wish to carry their weapons should be enrolled in programs that educate and teach proper use and care in the hopes of achieving a safer Dranland without infringing upon the rights of our citizens. Proposed: People must first obtain a permit in order to carry concealed weapons.
